Basketball
Basketball is an exciting and growing part of the Kingswood Sports Academy, helping students build fitness, tactical understanding, communication and teamwork in a fast-paced sporting environment.
The basketball team has shown outstanding commitment and enthusiasm throughout the year, working hard to develop their skills and understanding of the game.
The team demonstrated their progress during their first-ever friendly fixture, securing an exciting 15–14 victory against Trinity School. This was a fantastic achievement in the Academy’s first competitive basketball match.
The team will look to build on this positive start by continuing their superb effort and hard work as they prepare to compete in the Hull Active Schools competitions next year.
