Royal Armouries
In February, our Year 10 students were able to spend the day at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds where they were able to explore thousands of incredible objects from ancient times to the present day. The students loved the opportunity to see Japanese samurai swords and armour to iconic movie props, from Henry VIII’s armour to an Indian war elephant. Our students were able to learn so much about our own history as well as those from across the globe, truly being able to develop their knowledge and appreciation of cultures from across the world and time.
